Growing up, My Little Pony was my all time favorite. It was the show that always made me happy. Every memory tied to this series was just that of joy. When I heard about the reboot of MLP in the 2000's, I gave an episode a try, not expecting to find any kind of interest and just to feed my nostalgia. Instead, I fell in love with the animation, music, and writing.

Wanting to create looks from this series required me to step outside of box of the normal. It made you think about the character's personality and how it would translate over to an IRL look. In total, I designed over 20 MLP costumes in the span of 10+ years
